Man In Suit Politician London

Some men simply look their occupation.
I would bet money
that this distinguished man
I spotted in London
was a politician.
He simply looks the part.

(Notice his Blackberry)

First Day

The door to the office flung open, bouncing off the wall behind it. A woman stepped through, an irritated look on her super model face. “You Anne James?” she growled.

Blast it. She’d be working for this intimidating woman? Anne jumped to her feet. “Y…y…yes.”

“Follow me.” She gestured with a well manicured hand. She didn’t wait for Anne, already moving along the hallway.

Anne hustled to keep up, the taller woman’s strides longer than hers. It didn’t help that the woman was in pants and she was in a restrictive skirt.

“I’m Stevie Carr.” This Stevie Carr scowled at the people hurrying to get out of her way.

“Stevie, I see you got a new play friend.” A handsome man in a navy suit hung over a cubicle wall.

That made her pause, Anne almost bumping into her back. “Bite me, Eric.”

Her comment only made the man grin. “I’d love to, Stevie. You tell me when and where and I’m there.”

Was that a blush on the back of the woman’s neck? “It’ll be a cold day in hell.”

“For you, Stevie, I’ll wait.” He laughed, a deep rumble. “You girls going to powder your noses?”

That got a snort. “Why don’t you powder my a$$, Eric.” And they were moving again. “No fu**ing profanities in the office, James.” Anne was told.

Man In Suit Orange Tie Venice

This is an example of a shirt
NOT to wear
when being interviewed on tv.
The pattern creates a swirling effect.

The orange tie is fresh
and says Venice to me
(this was taken by the water taxis
in Venice).
The silver bracelet very European.

He looks like he just had
an appointment cancelled.
What to do?
What to do?

Great Review At Ecataromance

Posted on September 19th, 2008 in Breach Of Trust by kimber

I’m loving Ecataromance’s review of Breach Of Trust.
Here’s a snippet of what Elise had to say…

“Kimber Chin did an excellent job of bringing to life her main and her secondary characters. Anne and Philippe become old friends while Anne’s friends become larger than life and enhanced the storyline tremendously. Breach of Trust is an excellent book by Kimber Chin. I look forward to more of her entertaining tales.”
